I miss hunting season already! Is that weird? This is the first Friday I have been at work since mid October. And while it is freezing out right now, Dad and I do have a heater for the Sky Condo. The good thing is, once we get snow, we will start tracking the deer around the SC to see where they are yarding up for the winter and see if we can get some pics on the cameras of our targets for next year.

Ever consider hunting things other than deer? I did some phaseant hunting between seasons and will do some duck hunting in december, that and I fly fish all year round. With so many seasons and weapons, and game, you can be in the woods/field many months out of the year!!!!
I am hoping to get into turkey hunting! But you are right, I can't just hunt for 4.5 weeks a year and be content. Esp, when I write a hunting blog =)
